I had comment relish installed on my blog, and it ended up completely messing up the database. I could not get into my blog at all. I finally found the solution, but I just wanted to let you know so you could look into it a little further. Here's the fix I finally found ~ http://ebestagent.com/wordpress-your-host-may-have-disabled-the-mail-function-error/

    Jackie,

Thanks for the heads-up. I tested Comment Relish on several blogs before posting about it and I have not had any issues.

Just curious. What version of WP are you running?

The version of wordpress I'm running on that blog is 2.3.1. (I don't know how to upgrade and frankly am a little scared to try.) :)

It doesn't seem like it is a frequent problem, but it does occur. I found questions about it at the wordpress forum and the solution at the blog I mentioned.

    I would upgrade to 2.3.2

Got something to say?
