Hand built websites, page generation systems, blogs, article site deployments - I've built them all. The rules have changed in how search engines look at a web page (search engines don't rank "sites" they rank pages) so marketers have kept working at tools that let us build sites fast and add features that will increase conversions and get search engine traffic.
